The South Jersey Bass Club Association Scholarship Committee chose Conor Cahill of Shawnee High School as the 2011 winner of our annual college scholarship.  Conor, an avid fisherman and member of Top Rod Bassmasters, plans to pursue a degree in Environmental Studies.  Congratulations Conor!

The SJBCA held their annual June buddy tournament on Union Lake on June 19.Congratulations to Nelson Hares and Steve Cram for winning! All results can be found on the SJBCA website!

At the regular meeting of the SJBCA that was held at the Barrington Rod and Reel Club on 02/17/20, the member clubs voted to have the 2011 annual Bass Bowl held on the Northeast River in Maryland on October 16, 2011 out of the Anchor Marina.

The NJ Division of Fish & Wildlife will holding a Public Fresh Water Fisheries Forum on February 26, 2011 at Batsto State Park at 10:00am

 The Fisherman's Flea Market will be held the first Saturday in March.  More information is available here!
